Structured training and supervised preparation.

Monitoring work is more than watching screens. Strong operators stay attentive during quiet periods, recognize meaningful changes, avoid assumptions, document actions accurately and communicate calmly when an event requires escalation.

01

What we value

Reliability, concentration, integrity and respect for privacy are fundamental. Relevant CCTV or security experience is useful, but the ability to learn a customer’s procedure and apply it consistently matters just as much.

  • Strong observation and written communication
  • Comfort with computers and multiple screens
  • Professional English; additional languages are valuable
  • Availability for defined shifts, including nights or weekends
02

Account-specific training

Operators are prepared for the customers and locations they will support. Training can include camera maps, normal site activity, event categories, communication scripts and simulated escalations.

03

The application process

Introduce yourself through the careers form and include a CV or LinkedIn link if available. Suitable candidates may be invited to an initial conversation, skills assessment and role-specific training stage.

04

A professional responsibility

Operators may encounter sensitive footage and urgent situations. Confidentiality, careful access handling and honest reporting are essential parts of the role.
