Where is our video stored?+

By default, recordings remain in your system or your chosen cloud platform. Our operators view only what they need for the assigned service and do not store footage locally.

Can one operator cover us 24/7?+

A single operator covers a defined shift. Continuous 24/7 coverage is delivered by a managed team so breaks, leave, sickness and handovers do not interrupt service.

Can MonitorCrew contact emergency services?+

We follow the escalation path approved for each site. Initially, confirmed events are normally passed to your local guard, patrol provider, licensed monitoring partner or designated contact.
